Hi, I’m Karen McNeil, founder of Mode Salon and Wellness! With 29 years behind the chair, I’m a master stylist, educator, mentor, and salon owner who believes being a stylist is one of the best jobs in the world. My passion lies in creating art through hair while helping people feel beautiful inside and out. Building trust, forming lasting relationships, and making clients feel their absolute best is at the heart of everything I do.
Beyond the chair, I love sharing my knowledge with other stylists, empowering them to grow professionally and personally while fostering communities where people feel good every day. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching others thrive.
Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills with top industry leaders like L’Oréal Professional, Aveda, Vidal Sassoon, and many more. For me, learning, creating, and growing are endless journeys that fuel my passion for this incredible craft. Be yourself, and let your beauty shine!
